This Privacy Policy refers to your use of the infinut Math Home (infinut Math Kindergarten, infinut Math 1st Grade, infinut Math 2nd Grade) application ("App"), owned, operated, and provided by infinut Software Inc. (“Infinut,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
While the use of this App is directed to children under the age of 13 ("Minors"), infinut requires the App to be logged in to by an Adult (an individual 18 years old or older). This Privacy Policy is directed at, and should be acknowledged, read, understood and accepted by the Adult who created an Account by logging in to use the App. Please carefully read this whole Privacy Policy before deciding to use the App, as it covers the privacy practices and treatment of any information that you submit to us, including personally identifiable information (“PII”).
We have a few fundamental principles:
If you have questions about deleting or correcting your personal data please contact Our Support team at support@infinut.com.
In order to utilize the App an Adult must create an account with an email address, which will be stored and linked to the account. We do not collect or store any email addresses of Minors.
We encourage you to exercise caution before voluntarily disclosing other types of PII about yourself, and prohibit you from disclosing any PII information about another person, whether another account holder or not. PII generally includes, but is not limited to, a person’s name, address, professional titles, company affiliation and any other information that is able to identify an individual.
We do not and will not send spam, sell, or rent your email address or any login account (“Account”) information to third parties. We do not disclose, sell, share, trade or give away a user’s personal information to third parties, except as needed for completing payment and billing transactions through the services of payment processing vendors, if applicable.
Adults may sign in through a Google Gmail account ("Login Account"), or other such login platform as may be later integrated with the App. Upon signing in, you may create your App Account, which will be set to "Parent Profile". Under your App Account, you may also set up individual profiles for Minors, which will be set to "Child Profile."
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the details of your Login Account, including your password. You agree not to use the Login Account, username, or password of another in an attempt to impersonate, deceive or falsify your true identity.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Login Account, or your App Account to access the Application. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Login Account and App Account, including as used by the Minors you authorize on your Account.
Certain application data (that is, the data you create and add to the Kindergarten Math Home application) is only stored locally on your device. We may collect and store certain user data on your device using application data caches, but We never share yours or any Minor's data with any third party services or people.
The user data We collect includes:
We collect this data so that you may login automatically when you restart the App. Application data is removed upon uninstallation of the App from the device.
Report Cards: A report card is generated for each Child Profile (see Section (c)) when a Minor uses the App to complete a module or lesson. This report card tracks a progress and achievement in a particular lesson. Report cards are visible on Parent Profiles and Child Profiles, and Adults can only access and view the report cards of those Minors for whom the Adult created a Child Profile. We store data related to report cards on Our servers to allow you to retain the report cards should you choose to uninstall and reinstall the application at a later time or on a different device.
Like most website operators, Our servers automatically collect certain types of non-personally-identifying, technical information, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request.
We use this information to better understand how Our visitors use Our website, and to maintain the App.
We do not collect or store location data through your use of the App. Internet Protocol addresses indicate the location of a user’s computer or mobile device on a network connected to the Internet. Providing the App to you may result in the logging of IP addresses for systems administration, troubleshooting purposes and to prevent prohibited account sharing. While this may be used to infer an approximation of your location when using certain features of the App, We do not log IP addresses to track your session. If you are an account holder, We may link IP addresses to PII in order to monitor account sharing and prevent prohibited activity.
Movement of data between a user's device and the server is entirely wrapped within an encrypted data link. Your data is as secure as the Login Account you use to enjoy the Application. By your use of the App a limited amount of your data (text or images) is stored. This includes your name, your email address, and your profile image URL linked to your App Account and your contacts on the applicable login platform (i.e. Gmail).
In addition to the other uses described in this Policy, you agree that We may extract and use information from the information you disclose for the purposes of aggregating data in a non-identifiable method. This aggregated data may be used internally to improve services or without limitation, to develop, analyze, combine, or publish the aggregated data for commercial purposes.
Your use of the App may result in the assignment and storage of session cookies to recognize your access privileges. A cookie is a text file that is placed on the hard disk of your computer or mobile device by a server. Session cookies expire when you end your session and close your browser interface. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. We use cookies to help us identify and track visitors, their usage of and preferences on Our website. Visitors who do not wish to have cookies placed on their computers or mobile devices should set their browsers to “Refuse Cookies” before using Our App, with the drawback that certain features of Our App may not function properly without the aid of cookies.
We take all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally identifying information.
We disclose potential personally identifying information only on an as needed (or required) basis as follows:
We do not collect or store personally identifying data from or related to Minors.
In the event that We do need to collect or store or otherwise use personally identifying data from or related to Minors, We will require the consent of the responsible Adult who downloads the App and creates a profile on behalf of a Minor, prior to collecting, using, or disclosing personal information, if any, from Minors under your supervision. You may be asked to give your consent to Our collection and internal-only use of the Minor's information, and to give your consent to Our disclosure of such Minor's information; and
You may give your consent by accepting these terms, if applicable, and when asked, to provide consent.
This consent may only apply to Our use and collection of the Minor's information while prohibiting the dissemination of this information to third parties.
From each Child Profile, We will specifically collect the profile name and the pre-suggested profile avatars tied to a particular profile (Adults may choose different profile avatars for multiple Minors to distinguish between them).
We will seek to obtain your consent in-App. If We do not receive consent within a reasonable amount of time, We will automatically assume consent is not given, and will act in accordance with this assumption.
This App allows for in-App purchases to subscriptions and any other products We may offer, as applicable. In-app purchases are only enabled on, and may only be made from Parent Profiles, and cannot be made from Child Profiles.
If you send us a request (via a support email or one of Our feedback channels), We reserve the right to publish it (stripped of all personally identifying information, of course) in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users (i.e. create an FAQ database).
We may provide technical support to service your Account(s) with us. In order to do so, We may use certain personally identifying information, with your consent, to access your account for the purpose of troubleshooting, running tests, and/or otherwise providing support. In providing technical support to you, We may potentially see other personally identifying information viewable on your Account pages. As with all other information, We promise to hold any information We encounter in the process of providing support to the highest possible security and protection standards.
To review, access, or update your personal information to review its accuracy, or request deletion please contact us at support@infinut.com.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with reasonable access to any of your personal or other account information We maintain within forty-five (45) days of your request. We provide this access so you can review, make corrections, or request deletion of your information. If We cannot honor your request within the 45-day period, We will tell you when We will be able to provide access. In the unlikely event that We cannot provide you access to your information, We will explain why We cannot do so.
Please note that any changes you make will be reflected in Our active user database within a reasonable time, however We may retain information you submit for backups, archiving, prevention of fraud, to satisfy legal obligations, or otherwise We reasonably believe there is a legitimate reason to do so.
You can opt out of receiving marketing communication We send you at any time. You can exercise this right by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in the emails We send you or by contacting us at support@infinut.com.
If you are visiting this website and/or accessing the App from outside the United States, please be aware that you are sending information (including Personal Information) to the United States where Our servers are located. This information may be transferred within the United States or back out of the United States to other countries outside of your country of residence, depending on the type of information and how its stored by us. These countries (including the United States) may not necessarily have data protection laws as comprehensive or protective as those in your country of residence, however, Our collection, storage and use of your Personal Information will at all times be governed by this Privacy Policy.

If you are a resident of an EU nation and use Our App from within the EU, you acknowledge that any information that We collect and store, for the limited purposes outlined above in this Privacy Policy, will be collected and stored outside of the EU. For avoidance of confusion, references to “personal information” in this policy are equivalent to what is commonly referred to as “personal data” in the EU.

However, since the Internet is not 100% secure and as new technology evolves and emerges, We cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party interferences from illegally obtaining or tampering with your personal information.
We encourage you to help us by also taking precautions to protect your personal data when you use the App. Change your Account password often, using a combination of letters, numbers, and characters, and make sure you use a secure connection.
We have put in place the appropriate parental gates to add a layer of protection for Minors. In order to toggle between the Parent Profile and Child Profile(s), the user is required to long-press the "Profile" button, to verify that he or she is in fact an Adult. Adults may choose an additional parental gate in their profile settings by creating a PIN that must be entered each time the Parent Profile would like to be accessed.
